方瑞专注于FOTILE方太品牌的嵌入式厨房电器销售与服务，业务覆盖零售与工程两大领域。我们提供多元化产品线，包括集成烹饪中心、吸油烟机、水槽洗碗机、嵌入式洗碗机、净水机、嵌入式灶具、消毒柜、微波炉、烤箱、蒸箱、燃气热水器及冰箱等，为消费者量身打造高端全场景厨电解决方案，涵盖排烟烹饪、洗消饮用及保鲜冷储等全方位场景。

在广东与海南，方瑞拥有近2000人的专业团队，其中编制员工达800人，加盟商及售后网点服务商合作伙伴300家，员工近1200人，每年服务22万客户。在广东、海南区域方瑞设立了10个服务中心，构建了涵盖专卖店、家电连锁、传统百货及工程的全渠道销售网络，布点近1000个，全面覆盖区域内所有市区、县级及城镇市场，确保服务触手可及。

Fangrui specializes in the sales and service of FOTILE's embedded kitchen appliances, covering both retail and engineering sectors. We offer a diversified product line, including integrated cooking centers, range hoods, sink dishwashers, embedded dishwashers, water purifiers, embedded cooktops, sterilization cabinets, microwaves, ovens, steamers, gas water heaters, and refrigerators, tailored to provide consumers with high-end, comprehensive kitchen appliance solutions encompassing smoke exhaust, cooking, cleaning, drinking, preservation, and cold storage scenarios.
Omnichannel Layout, Accessible Services
In Guangdong and Hainan, Fangrui boasts a professional team of nearly 2,000 people, including 800 permanent staff and nearly 1,200 employees from 300 franchisees and after-sales service providers and partners. We serve 220,000 customers annually. Fangrui has established 10 service centers in Guangdong and Hainan, constructing an omnichannel sales network encompassing specialty stores, home appliance chains, traditional department stores, and engineering projects, with nearly 1,000 outlets, comprehensively covering all municipal, county, and town markets within the region to ensure accessible services.
